This means that instead of our class time being used for me to explain basic concepts you will come to class already prepared or with questions that I can answer in class as a whole group, small group, or one-on-one. You will get more personal attention when those questions arise. No more frustration of "homework"; now all the practice happens in class where your peers and I can help you as questions arise.
For you to get the most out of this journey you will need to watch posted material and do some self-research for other online materials that can help you as well. You should record questions you have to ask in class or you can post them in this blog.
If you come to class without preparing ahead you will have to watch the material during class rather than work on practice which means you are taking help time away from yourself! Be responsible and you will be successful!
If you have an questions, concerns, etc about our new "flipped" classroom project, this would be a place to ask or comment.
I hope this will make Chemistry a more accessible, fun, and reward class for each of you.
Good Luck ^_^
